1. What we collect

  • When you contact us: the details you choose to send — such as your name, email address, contact number, country, role and a description of your requirement. The contact form on this website only drafts a message on your device; nothing is sent to us until you email it.
  • When you use our services: scheduling details, our correspondence with you, notes about your goals and technology stack, and payment records.
  • When you visit this website: our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and reports only aggregated statistics — not who you are. This website doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Sessions are not recorded without your consent. Please don’t share credentials or regulated data during sessions (see our Terms of Service).

2. How we use it

To reply to you, provide and schedule our services, send quotes and invoices, keep accounting records, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Legal bases

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing it; our legitimate interest in running and securing our business; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us operate — our email provider, website host and bank or payment providers — and with authorities where the law requires it. Each receives only what it needs.

5. International transfers

We are based in India and work with clients worldwide, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Email contact@jobsupport4u.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

9. Children

Our services are for professionals and aren’t directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
