Java full-stack job support for your first months in a new role

Most of our clients have no BPMN in their project at all — just a Java full-stack role with an unfamiliar codebase, a red pipeline and a stand-up in two hours. A senior engineer who has shipped this stack in aerospace, payments, insurance, telecom and logistics joins you over screen-share and works through it with you.

  • Free scoping call
  • No passwords shared
  • NDA on request
What we cover

What Java full stack job support covers

Java back end

Microservices that are tested, observable and easy to review — Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Quarkus or Dropwizard, with JPA/Hibernate data access and REST or gRPC APIs.

  • Java 17/21
  • Spring Boot
  • Spring Cloud
  • Quarkus
  • Dropwizard
  • Hibernate
  • REST / gRPC
  • JUnit 5 / Mockito

Front end

React/Redux and Angular apps in TypeScript, wired to your back-end APIs. Ideal if you’ve mostly done backend before.

  • React
  • Redux
  • Angular
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript

Builds and codebase

Maven multi-module builds, test setup, databases, and where the microservice boundaries actually are in a large existing codebase.

  • Maven
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • Oracle
  • Elasticsearch
  • SQL

Delivery and ops

Getting your change through CI and into a healthy environment: containers, charts and cloud.

  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • OpenShift
  • Helm
  • Jenkins
  • GitLab CI
  • GitHub Actions
  • AWS / Azure
Sound familiar?

Where developers usually get stuck

  • The Maven multi-module build, test setup or service boundaries aren’t clicking yet.
  • The front end is React or Angular and you’ve mostly done backend before.
  • CI is red, the Helm chart is unfamiliar, and you don’t want to ask the same question twice.
  • The ticket was estimated at three points. It’s been three days.
  • A Kafka consumer behaves differently in the shared environment than on your laptop.
Custom requirements

Have a custom requirement? We’ll build support around it.

Every project is different. Tell us your technology, schedule and the help you need, and we’ll set up job support that fits — with a quote after the free scoping call.

Any stack or tool

Your project uses something not listed here? Tell us. We’ll say honestly whether our engineers know it.

Your hours

Sessions in your local working hours in any time zone, before stand-up, or around a release deadline.

One task or ongoing

One urgent ticket, a full sprint, or daily support for as long as the project needs it.

Extras on request

Interview prep, mock interviews, resume reviews and design walkthroughs.

How we work

Ground rules that protect you and your job

You stay at the keyboard

You share your screen and do the work; we guide, explain and review. You own your commits — that’s how the skills stick.

Your employer’s systems stay protected

We never ask for passwords or repository access. Please check your employer’s policies allow screen-sharing before you book. We don’t take on export-controlled (ITAR/EAR), classified or health-records work.

Confidential by default

We sign an NDA on request and never share who our clients are or where they work.

One engineer, one context

You won’t have to re-explain your project each time. Your engineer keeps notes on your codebase and goals.

How it works

From first call to confident on your own

  1. Free scoping call

30 minutes on your role, stack, team rhythm and where you feel shaky. Share your requirement and we match you with an engineer who knows your stack.

  2. Schedule around your stand-up

Sessions land in your local working hours — Americas, Europe, Middle East or Asia-Pacific — with a slot before stand-up if you want one.

  3. Work through your tickets together

You share your screen and drive. We explain the code, debug with you, and review your changes before you open the PR.

  4. Taper off as you grow

Most engineers move from daily to weekly sessions within a couple of months. The goal is that you no longer need us.

FAQ

Java full stack job support: common questions

Can’t find your answer? Email contact@jobsupport4u.com.

Do I need a Camunda project to work with you?

No. Many clients are Java full-stack developers with no BPMN in their role. Spring Boot, Quarkus, Hibernate, Kafka, React and delivery tooling are our core.

Can you help with both the back end and the front end?

Yes. Your engineer can work on Spring Boot services and on the React or Angular UI that calls them, plus the CI/CD pipeline in between.

How quickly can we start?

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute scoping call. We then match you with an engineer who knows your stack and schedule sessions in your local working hours, in any time zone.

Do you need access to my company’s systems?

No. You share your screen and stay in control. We never ask for passwords or repository access, and you can end the session at any time.
